Remote CAS Manager | Independent CPA Firm | Up to $140k + Bonus
Location: 100% Remote (US-based)
Compensation: Up to $140,000 base + performance bonus
Requirements: 5+ years CAS or outsourced accounting experience at a public accounting firm | CPA preferred

What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of CAS client engagements — serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for each client
- Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Review and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management deliverables
- Supervise, mentor, and develop CAS seniors and staff
- Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships
- Collaborate with tax and audit teams on comprehensive client service
- Stay current on accounting technology and contribute to process improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of CAS, outsourced accounting, or client advisory services experience at a public accounting firm
- CPA preferred
- Strong foundation in financial reporting, general ledger management, payroll, and cash management
- QuickBooks proficiency — Online and Desktop preferred; additional accounting software experience a plus
- Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Comfortable supervising and developing staff
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working fully remote
