Senior Solutions Architect – Data Center & Enterprise Infrastructure

A growing Technology Solutions Provider is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to support enterprise customers across the New Jersey / NYC market, focused heavily around modern Data Center, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Networking transformation initiatives.

This is a highly client-facing pre-sales role partnering closely with enterprise customers, sales leadership, OEMs, and delivery teams to architect and position complex infrastructure solutions across large enterprise environments.

The organization is looking for someone with strong consultative and client-facing skills who can lead architecture discussions, whiteboarding sessions, solution development, and strategic enterprise pursuits. The role is especially well-aligned for architects with deep Data Center and Infrastructure expertise who also possess a strong enterprise networking foundation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead pre-sales architecture and technical strategy for enterprise infrastructure opportunities
• Design and position modern Data Center, Enterprise Networking, and Hybrid Cloud solutions
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and executive-level presentations
• Develop solution designs, technical proposals, BoMs, and scopes of work
• Support complex enterprise pursuits alongside Account Executives and OEM partners
• Serve as a trusted advisor around infrastructure modernization and future-state architecture
• Assist with technical validations, POCs, and solution demonstrations
• Partner with post-sales engineering and delivery teams for successful project transition

Desired Background

• 7-10+ years in a Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineering role
• Strong background supporting enterprise or large-scale commercial environments
• Experience within a VAR, Integrator, OEM, MSP, or consulting environment preferred
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions
• Deep expertise in Data Center and Infrastructure technologies strongly preferred
• Strong enterprise networking foundation with broader infrastructure knowledge
