Job Title: Sales Representative (Custom Pools)

Company Profile: Privately owned 40+ person CPA firm in North Dallas

Compensation: Up to $60k base + uncapped commission on closed contracts + $500/mo vehicle allowance + gas mileage reimbursement

Position Summary

We're a custom home pool builder based in West Palm Beach that is primarily focused on building higher end custom pools in Palm Beach County. We work directly with home owners directly & built relationships with custom home partners.

This position will handle the inbound leads, builder prior relationships & a hunter approach to drumming up new business to close.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound company leads for custom home pool quotes
• Respond, handle & quote bids with other construction partners (custom home builders)
• Run the full process of identify, qualify, meet & build a quote for custom pool projects + close with signed contract

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside or relationship-driven sales experience, ideally in home building, remodeling, high-end residential construction, or a comparably long-cycle, relationship-driven field
• Estimating skills - required: Estimate your own projects, so accurate scope-to-cost translation is core to the role
• Design & drafting skills - proficiency in Structure Studios & CAD Preferred
• Comfortable owning a full sales cycle end-to-end
