What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of entertainment clients
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections
• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Collaborate directly with clients, managers, and internal teams to deliver high-touch service
• Assist with tour accounting, royalty tracking, and project-based financial needs
• Support process improvements and help scale operations as the firm grows

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
• 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or business management experience strongly preferred)
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entertainment clients, or multi-entity structures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
