Accounting Manager - Base Salary up to $110K + Bonus + 4 weeks PTO

As our client roster continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Accounting Manager to lead the quality and accuracy of our accounting operations while mentoring a high-performing team.

This is more than a traditional accounting management role. You'll serve as the final line of defense before financial information reaches our clients—reviewing work, ensuring accuracy, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping elevate the performance of our Account Managers. What You'll Do

  • Review and approve monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages before delivery to clients.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary reviewer and quality control leader for the accounting team.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Account Managers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Assist with complex accounting matters, troubleshooting, and client-specific challenges.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of month-end close activities.
  • Partner with firm leadership to maintain best practices and support continued growth.
  • Help foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team culture.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or review responsibilities.
  • Public accounting, family office, business management, or multi-client accounting experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies before they become problems.
  • Experience reviewing the work of others and providing thoughtful coaching.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
