Remote Senior Tax Manager / Remote Tax Manager – HNW

Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000+

Location: Must be located in the U.S.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to successful business owners, closely held companies, and high-net-worth individuals, guiding a broad range of tax planning, strategy, and compliance matters. This is an opportunity to work alongside a collaborative leadership team, take on impactful client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of a nationally expanding firm.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review a sophisticated portfolio of returns for High-Net-Worth individuals, trusts, estates, and gift tax
• Lead client strategy conversations on structuring, ownership transitions, generational wealth planning, and multi-state issues
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services beyond compliance
• Support, mentor, and develop junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Partner closely with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and client growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on High-Net-Worth individuals, pass-throughs, trusts, estates, and gift ta
• Excellent communicator and trusted advisor who builds lasting client relationships
• Comfortable working fully remote in a paperless, high-accountability environment
• CPA required
