We’re a nearly 100-year-old, independently owned CPA and advisory firm based in the Washington, D.C. area trying to find a skilled Tax Director/ Senior Tax Manager with deep experience serving high net worth individuals and estate/trust clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and review tax returns for high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services related to estate and wealth transfer
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and support the growth of junior team members
- Participate in business development and client retention initiatives
- Stay current on evolving tax laws impacting HNW and estate planning clients
What We’re Looking For
- 10–12 + years of public accounting experience, with a primary focus on HNW and Trust & Estate work
- CPA or EA certification required
- J.D nice to have
- Proficiency with CCH software
- Experience with final review and Sign offs
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Experience from regional or mid-sized firms preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-entity, and generational tax scenarios
