Vice President, Managed Services – Remote

A national technology solutions provider with a strong multi-region footprint is in growth mode and making significant investment in its Managed Services practice. The firm has an established presence across enterprise and mid-market accounts and has built deep partnerships across key ecosystems, including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, AWS, Fortinet, and Palo Alto. They continue to expand capabilities across cloud, infrastructure, and managed services, supported by experienced pre-sales and delivery teams.

The organization has a proven track record of long-term client relationships and recurring revenue growth, with Managed Services playing an increasingly central role in the business. With continued investment in cloud-led solutions and services, they are well positioned to scale a more unified, high-performing Managed Services offering on top of an already strong foundation. This is an environment with real momentum, strong internal resources, and a clear focus on building a best-in-class services platform.

To support this growth, they are seeking a Vice President of Managed Services (REMOTE) to lead the organization’s practice into its next phase.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Managed Services organization across service desk, infrastructure, and delivery
• Drive alignment between Sales, Solutions, and Delivery
• Build a more standardized, repeatable services model
• Improve service quality, operational consistency, and overall performance
• Support customer retention and long-term client relationships
• Contribute to business performance, including visibility into margins and cost-to-serve

Experience / Skills Sought:

• Experience leading Managed Services or similar service-based organizations
• Background scaling or evolving service delivery operations
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, service desk, and customer delivery models
• Ability to operate cross-functionally and drive alignment
• Experience in a growth-oriented environment
