Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – High Net Worth

Loose Hybrid 1-2 days a week in office/sometimes less | $150K–$200K + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are a growing, relationship-driven advisory firm that is hiring a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its High Net Worth practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys complex tax work, direct client interaction, and a collaborative culture without the burnout environment many firms have become known for.

The firm operates through two highly integrated divisions:

• Wealth Management
• Tax & Accounting Advisory

Because of this structure, professionals work closely with financial advisors, tax specialists, and estate planning teams to deliver a true holistic client experience. The client base primarily consists of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals, closely held businesses, family groups, trusts, and investment entities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and prepare complex individual tax returns (1040s)
• Handle tax planning for HNW/UHNW clients
• Work with partnerships, S-Corps, trusts, and multi-entity structures
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Mentor staff and assist with workflow management
• Collaborate directly with Wealth Management teams on long-term planning strategies

What They’re Looking For

• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong background in High Net Worth / Private Client tax
• Experience with complex 1040s, K-1s, trusts, and pass-through entities
• Ability to manage client relationships independently

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $150,000–$200,000 depending on experience
