Compensation: $150k - $210k (DOE) + Full Benefits

We are a nationally recognized IT solutions provider delivering enterprise networking, security, and cloud infrastructure solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.

Our engineering teams work directly with enterprise and mid-market organizations to deliver complex infrastructure initiatives from design validation through implementation. We maintain strong strategic partnerships with Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, AWS, and other leading technology manufacturers, supporting large-scale production environments across the country.

Our New York team supports complex post-sales engagements across Cisco-focused environments, partnering closely with enterprise customers on project-based implementations and infrastructure initiatives. We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our NYC-based professional services team.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing, post-sales engineering position focused primarily on project delivery and implementation across Cisco routing and switching environments.

The role is approximately 75% remote and 25% onsite with clients in the NYC metro area (generally 2 days onsite during active project phases).

You will operate as a senior technical resource supporting:

• Enterprise network refresh initiatives
• Migration and deployment projects
• Architecture validation and implementation
• Advanced troubleshooting during deployment and post-cutover phases

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Cisco LAN/WAN implementation projects across enterprise environments
• Execute routing and switching deployments per defined architecture
• Support network migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure refresh initiatives
• Provide advanced troubleshooting during project execution and post-deployment
• Interface directly with client engineering teams and infrastructure leadership
• Maintain technical documentation and implementation standards

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing & switching technologies
• Experience within a VAR, consulting, or professional services delivery model preferred
• Comfortable working onsite with enterprise clients when required
• CCNP preferred | CCIE highly regarded
