About Us: We're one of the largest independent, non-PE-backed CPA & Advisory firms in the U.S., bringing 50+ years of experience across Tax, Audit & Assurance, Client Accounting, and Advisory. Our firm supports a highly diverse client base ranging from emerging startups to publicly traded companies, with deep industry expertise across Manufacturing, Nonprofit, Real Estate, Construction, Entertainment, and Private Equity/Financial Services.

In addition to our service and industry reach, we're recognized nationally as a Top 200 firm and consistently named a Best Firm to Work For by outlets like Inside Public Accounting and Accounting Today, reflecting our strong culture, growth trajectory, and long-term stability.

That said, we've seen particularly strong, sustained growth within our Nonprofit practice over the past few years. As a result, we're looking to add a NFP Audit Manager who can step into a visible role, help lead engagements, and continue building out the practice alongside leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, Uniform Guidance, and related standards
  • Partner with leadership on engagement strategy and risk assessment

What We're Looking For:

  • Active CPA license required
  • 6-8+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong background in nonprofit audit (including Single Audits preferred)
  • Experience leading engagements and managing client relationships
  • Prior experience reviewing staff work and mentoring team members
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and Uniform Guidance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client leadership

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 (DOE)
  • Annual bonus structure + 401(k) w/ match
  • 4+ weeks PTO + holidays & flexible schedules
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
  • Paid CPE, tuition reimbursement, and discounted study materials
  • Annual firm trips, team events, and referral bonuses
  • Partner track opportunities
