Electrical Engineer / Senior Engineer - High-Profile Venues & Commercial | Dallas, TX | Up to $130K + Bonus + Stock


Location: Dallas, Texas (Minimal Travel)

Compensation: up to $130k+ base + Bi-Annual Bonuses + Employee Stock Options

Requirements: PE license preferred | 5-7+ years MEP experience | Revit proficiency required | Client-facing skills valued

The Opportunity:

We're expanding our Dallas electrical engineering team to support our growing portfolio of high-profile sporting venues, convention centers, municipal facilities, and commercial developments. This is a permanent position for engineers who want to work on projects that matter—billion-dollar developments where technical innovation and design excellence are non-negotiable.


What You'll Work On:

  • Sporting Venues - 500K to 2M square foot arenas and stadiums (signature projects)
  • Convention Centers - Large-scale public assembly and event facilities
  • Municipal Projects - City halls, police stations, fire departments, and civic buildings
  • Mixed-Use Commercial - Cutting-edge urban developments combining retail, office, and residential


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical systems for large-scale, high-complexity commercial and institutional projects
  • Lead client meetings and coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop construction documents, technical specifications, and design drawings in Revit
  • Perform power distribution design, load calculations, and lighting design coordination
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on project teams
  • Conduct site visits and provide construction administration support
  • Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and ensure design intent through construction


What You'll Bring:

  • 5-7+ years electrical engineering experience in MEP consulting
  • PE license strongly preferred (or actively pursuing)
  • Revit proficiency - non-negotiable requirement
  • AutoCAD - strong working knowledge preferred
  • SKM Power Tools experience highly valued
  • Sporting venue, convention center, or large commercial project experience a plus
  • Client-facing communication skills - you'll interact directly with owners and design teams
  • Team leadership capability and desire to mentor emerging engineers
  • Stable work history demonstrating commitment and professional growth


Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 (based on experience and PE licensure)

Performance Bonuses: Paid twice annually (June and December) based on individual and firm performance

Stock Buy-In Option: 5-10% contribution to employee ownership plan

401(k): Up to $5,000 employer match annually
