Boutique family office practice serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multi-billionaire families

We're an established practice specializing in comprehensive tax planning and advisory services for exclusive clients with minimum $50M in liquidable assets and their multi-million and billion-dollar businesses. Led by experienced partners, we provide personalized service where you're a valued professional with direct partner access, not just a number.

This role offers true advisory work beyond compliance—providing strategic tax planning that makes a real impact for some of the wealthiest families in the country.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead complex tax planning strategies for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family entities
  • Structure property acquisitions and investment strategies to minimize tax burdens
  • Develop comprehensive wealth transfer strategies for multi-generational families
  • Manage compliance and advisory work for high-net-worth families and their business enterprises
  • Research complex tax issues and develop innovative solutions for unique client situations
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and their professional advisors
  • Oversee and mentor tax professionals while developing their technical and advisory skills
  • Collaborate with partners on client strategy and practice development

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-8 years of progressive tax experience with high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Active CPA certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Taxation strongly preferred)
  • Strong technical expertise in individual, trust, estate, partnership, and corporate taxation
  • Experience with complex tax planning, not just compliance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Passion for advisory work and building lasting client relationships

Why This Stands Out:

  • True advisory work—go beyond compliance to provide strategic tax planning that makes real impact
  • Meaningful client relationships with select portfolio of sophisticated clients ($50M+ liquidable assets)
  • Direct partner access through open-door policy with real voice in client strategy
  • Growth opportunities as the firm consistently adds high-net-worth families to the practice
  • Clear path to partnership for top performers
  • Work-life integration with open PTO policy and culture that values your wellbeing
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment

Total Compensation:

  • Base: Up to $170,000
  • Medical insurance (75% employer-paid)
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with 5% employer match
  • Open PTO policy
  • Professional development and continuing education support

Our Culture:

Unlike traditional public accounting or Big 4 environments, you'll work with a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families and understand the full scope of their financial picture. You'll have visibility, voice, and the ability to make meaningful impact on generational wealth strategies.

If you're tired of being a cog in a machine and want to do meaningful advisory work with ultra-high-net-worth families in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, let's talk.
