Performance Objectives


  • Craft and implement comprehensive tax strategies that optimize financial outcomes for ultra-high net worth clients, ensuring compliance across all relevant tax jurisdictions.
  • Lead cross-functional tax planning initiatives, fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze and interpret intricate tax laws and regulations, providing cogent guidance tailored to evolving tax landscapes and client-specific scenarios.
  • Identify and capitalize on tax savings opportunities through diligent research and data-driven decision-making processes, improving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the preparation of high-value individual and entity tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while managing a robust client portfolio.
  • Spearhead training sessions for clients and team members to elucidate complex tax concepts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and empowerment.
  • Drive performance metrics to uphold our reputation for excellence and differentiate service offerings in the competitive financial landscape.


Environment & Resources


As the Tax Director, you'll report directly to the Managing Partners, thriving within a tightly-knit team of financial experts who share a commitment to personalized excellence. Leverage state-of-the-art financial modeling tools and a substantial client service budget to make informed, impactful decisions.


Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or comparable certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years proven experience in tax advisement, specifically within high-net-worth individual and family office settings.
  • Mastery of tax law complexities and application to ultra-high net worth financial situations and global tax environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex tax strategies effectively to diverse audiences, nurturing trust and understanding.
  • Expertise in leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive professional environment.
