That said, due to growth, we're looking to add an experienced leader to our Tax Services team who comes from the CPA or Wealth Management world.

What You'll Do:

• Handle tax compliance (including sign-off) and planning for a diverse client base of U/HNWIs + Families
• Manage and build deep client relationships by offering high-level tax strategy and consulting
• Strengthen the firm’s momentum by contributing expert-level analysis
• Provide oversight, coaching, and guidance to staff and senior team members
• Be the go-to tax advisor for a roster of client relationships

What We're Looking For:

• 8-10+ years of public accounting and/or wealth management exp.
• Strong technical experience with individual, trust, estate, gift, and passthrough entity taxation
• Seasoned communicator with the ability to advise and articulate complex tax strategy
• Exposure to U/HNWI and generational wealth clients
• Active CPA, J.D., or EA + Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
