The Opportunity

We’re hiring experienced Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers who want to shape their roles around what they do best — whether that’s complex compliance, strategic advisory, or a mix of both. You’ll work closely with firm leaders and collaborate with top-tier peers across time zones, delivering excellent client work without sacrificing balance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead relationships across a portfolio of flow-through entities and their owners
• Review and oversee compliance, planning, and consulting projects
• Guide, mentor, and review the work of seniors and staff
• Conduct technical tax research and communicate findings clearly
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute client strategies

What You Bring

• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Strong background in partnership, S-Corp, and individual taxation
• Confident manager and communicator with proven review and leadership skills
• CPA or EA required; MST a plus
• Experience in advisory or private foundation work is a bonus
