The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) & Advisory Manager to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and serve as a strategic advisor to growing businesses across multiple industries. This is a fully remote leadership role offering strong compensation, meaningful client interaction, and real work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and review outsourced accounting and CAS engagements
- Serve as the primary advisor to clients on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Mentor and develop senior and staff accountants
- Collaborate with tax and audit teams to provide comprehensive client solutions
- Identify advisory opportunities and help clients scale strategically
Qualifications
- CPA Preferred - not required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience (CAS, outsourced accounting, or advisory focus preferred)
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
- Experience managing client relationships and leading teams
- Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
