The Opportunity


We’re seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) & Advisory Manager to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and serve as a strategic advisor to growing businesses across multiple industries. This is a fully remote leadership role offering strong compensation, meaningful client interaction, and real work-life balance.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and review outsourced accounting and CAS engagements
  • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
  • Review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes
  • Mentor and develop senior and staff accountants
  • Collaborate with tax and audit teams to provide comprehensive client solutions
  • Identify advisory opportunities and help clients scale strategically

Qualifications

  • CPA Preferred - not required
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience (CAS, outsourced accounting, or advisory focus preferred)
  • Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading teams
  • Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills


Compensation & Benefits

  • $120,000 – $150,000+ base salary (based on experience)
