What You’ll Do
- Manage and review non-profit tax engagements, including Forms 990, 990-EZ, and 990-PF
- Serve as a trusted advisor to non-profit clients
- Oversee and mentor staff and seniors
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
- Coordinate deadlines and manage multiple engagements efficiently
- Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and client service initiatives
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on non-profit taxation
- Prior experience reviewing and managing Form 990 engagements
- CPA required (or actively pursuing)
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passion for non-profit work and mission-driven organizations
