What You’ll Do

• Manage and review non-profit tax engagements, including Forms 990, 990-EZ, and 990-PF
• Serve as a trusted advisor to non-profit clients
• Oversee and mentor staff and seniors
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
• Coordinate deadlines and manage multiple engagements efficiently
• Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and client service initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on non-profit taxation
• Prior experience reviewing and managing Form 990 engagements
• CPA required (or actively pursuing)
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for non-profit work and mission-driven organizations
