We are a growing Minnesota-based Managed Services Provider expanding our SMB sales team across the Upper Midwest.
This role is focused on small and mid-sized business clients and multi-location organizations. Our core offering centers around proactive managed services — help desk, monitoring, cybersecurity, business continuity, and cloud services — with professional services layered in to support expansion opportunities.
We maintain strong vendor alignment across Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, SentinelOne, Fortinet and other strategic partners. Our sales team is supported by experienced delivery and engineering resources, allowing Account Managers to focus on client relationships, account growth, and long-term retention.
This is a smaller, collaborative environment where you will work closely with leadership and delivery teams. The expectation is to manage and grow SMB accounts by helping clients keep their environments stable, secure, and aligned with future business needs.
