What You'll Do

• Prepare and review complex individual and entity tax returns for ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Lead tax planning and advisory engagements for HNW families and entities
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff on return preparation and technical matters
• Collaborate with financial advisors, estate planners, and wealth management teams
• Research complex tax issues and provide technical guidance
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously
• Develop deep expertise in high-net-worth tax strategies including trusts, estates, partnerships, and alternative investments
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Up to $110,000 (based on experience and credentials)

Annual Bonus: 0-15% (target 8-10%)

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of progressive tax experience (public accounting or private wealth preferred)
• Proven experience with high-net-worth individual taxation, trusts, estates, and/or partnerships
• CPA license strongly preferred (or EA with relevant experience)
• Strong technical tax knowledge and complex tax research skills
• Experience reviewing tax returns prepared by junior staff
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Proficiency with tax preparation software (CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment
