Remote Tax Senior / Experienced Tax Staff – High-Net-Worth, Entertainment & Real Estate Clients

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000+

We’re a growing, relationship-driven CPA firm built around technical depth, meaningful client work, and a genuine respect for balance. As we continue to expand nationally, we’re looking for an Experienced Tax Staff or Tax Senior to join our fully remote team — someone who enjoys working closely with successful individuals, entertainers, and real estate investors on a mix of complex returns and advisory-focused engagements.

This is a long-term growth opportunity with direct client exposure, mentorship from senior leaders, and a path to advance in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review complex returns for high-net-worth individuals and related entities (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120S, 1120)
• Support tax planning and compliance for entertainment professionals, production entities, real estate partnerships, and multi-entity structures
• Research and resolve technical tax issues across multiple states and entity types
• Collaborate directly with Managers and Partners on client strategy, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
• Contribute to process improvements and a team culture that values excellence and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years of public accounting experience focused on individual, partnership, and corporate taxation
• Strong technical background with HNW clients, real estate entities, and/or entertainment industry clients
• Proficient in CCH Axcess / CCH ProSystem fx and comfortable working in a fully paperless environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-through
• CPA or EA preferred (or actively pursuing)
