Senior Tax Manager - High Net Worth

Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a High-Net-Worth and Private Client practice that serves successful individuals, families, business owners, executives, family offices, trusts, and closely held businesses. The firm is known for its long-standing client relationships, highly tenured team, and sophisticated client work. The firm is committed to developing future leaders and offers clear paths for advancement into Director and Partner-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses
• Provide tax planning, wealth transfer, estate, and succession planning guidance
• Serve as a primary advisor and relationship manager for clients
• Mentor staff and collaborate with firm leadership on complex tax matters

Compensation & Benefits

• $170,000 - $250,000+ base salary plus annual bonus

Requirements

• Active CPA or EA license
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Masters preferred
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience serving High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients
• Trust, estate, and gift tax experience strongly preferred
• Strong tax planning and client advisory experience
