Tax Manager - Remote

Virtual CPA Firm | Closely Held Businesses & HNW Clients | Fully Remote

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)

Compensation: $130K-$170K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are working with a growing virtual CPA and advisory firm that supports closely held businesses, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals across the U.S.

The firm has built a fully remote, technology-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality tax and advisory services while maintaining a collaborative and flexible culture. They continue to grow and are looking to add a Tax Manager who can play a key role in tax review, client advisory work, and staff development.

This is a highly visible opportunity offering direct interaction with firm leadership, exposure to complex client situations, and the ability to make an impact beyond simply reviewing returns.

What They Are Looking For:

• CPA or EA required
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience reviewing Individual, Partnership, and S-Corp returns
• Experience working with closely held businesses and pass-through entities
• Previous Tax Manager or review-level experience required
• UltraTax experience required
• Comfortable mentoring and developing junior staff
• Experience working within a remote or virtual firm environment is a plus
