Job Title: Field Engineer

Location: Oceanside, CA

Project Details: 360 unit multifamily with 60+ key hotel; ground up project starting in September

Company Type: Owner, Developer Builder; Top 5 ranked in the US for luxury multifamily

Compensation: Up to 110k base + 15% annual bonus + full benefits

We're Top 5 ranked owner, developer builder of luxury multifamily apartments in the United States. Our Southern California division is currently in growth mode with several projects currently underway and projects in the pipeline in San Diego & up in Orange County.

We're actively building out the field team for a 30+ month project in Oceanside. Our Sr Superintendent (Lead) is already in place and currently looking for support field staff for the project.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of daily construction reports (DCR's)
• Review contract drawings, specifications & shop drawings to ensure proper coordination & installation
• Assist in the preparation of project as builds documentation
• Track the progress of field work for assigned trades
• Track availability & shipment status of critical equipment & materials
• Create & track punch list completion



Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in engineering/construction
• 3+ years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• Local & able to get to project site; Oceanside, CA 92056
