About Us: We are a IPA Top 100 and "Best of the Best" full-service CPA firm who's been based in Southern California for the last 30+ years. Since our founding, we've grown to 500+ employees who offer world-class Tax, Audit, Advisory, Family Office, and Business Management services to clients in a myriad of different key segments like Real Estate, Manufacturing, Tech, Private Equity, Retail, and Professional Services.

Yes, we're a larger regional firm, but what's important is that we provide the expertise and client complexity of a much larger firm, without the burnout! We understand it's important to prioritize work-life balance, and we do things just a bit differently here, unlike the traditional CPA firm, by offering flexible busy season schedules, free meals, sponsored social hours, in-office massages, and much more during crunch times.

That said, our people are our greatest asset, and because of that, we're looking to add a key leader to our team to focus on HNWIs/Families, Passthrough Entities, and their related EGTs. If you're looking to join a team that values client relationships, deep expertise, and continued development, please apply today or feel free to send your resume directly to ricky.miranda@levelociti.com!
