Job Title: Audit & Assurance Partner (Financial Institutions)

Location: Nashville, TN

Hybrid: Flexible schedule; some staff come in 2 - 3 days a week

Role Summary: Partner for our growing Financial Institutional audit clientele

Compensation: Up to 300k base + bonus + full benefits

We're a privately owned & Top 50 CPA firm in the US with expanding operations out of Nashville that's actively building our Audit Practice and looking for a Partner to help manage & grow our Financial Institutional clientele.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner for financial institution clients
• Provide strategic guidance on complex accounting, auditing & regulatory matters including CECL, loans and deposits, fair value, derivatives & regulatory reporting
• Coordinate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions & support growth of the Financial Institutions Industry Group
• Recruit, develop & mentor assurance professionals, supporting succession planning & long-term practice sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation
• CPA license
• 10+ years of public accounting experience with significant focus on financial institutions
