Requirements: Ground-up Commercial Construction experience (6+ years with good tenure)

We're looking to bring a Project Manager onto the team as we have a few large projects coming up around Nashville and are keeping up with our growing pipeline. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term fit working on local large-scale ground-up commercial, healthcare, municipal, and educational projects.

Packages will include a $120k-$145k base, bonus plan, auto allowance, 401k 5% match, profit sharing plan, and more.

What You Need for This Role:

• At least 4+ years of full-scope ground-up commercial construction experience.
