We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive tax planning, advisory, and strategic guidance to clients
• Review complex individual, business, corporate, tax returns
• Analyze financial information and identify tax planning opportunities
• Lead year-end and ongoing strategic tax planning initiatives
• Manage and review the work of junior tax professionals
• Mentor and develop members of the tax team
• Stay current on changes in tax regulations and advise clients on potential impacts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Review financial statements and related tax information

What You Need

• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a CPA firm
• Tax Manager or Senior Manager-level experience strongly preferred
• Strong review, tax planning, and client advisory experience
• Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
• CPA or EA strongly preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
