Account Executive – IT / Tech Solutions

Location: Green Bay / Appleton, WI (Hybrid)

A national technology solutions firm is looking for an Account Executive to join the team in the Green Bay / Appleton area. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in technology sales while working with a collaborative team and a flexible hybrid schedule.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and help deliver solutions that drive results. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and enjoy a mix of in office and remote work. You’ll begin with in office training before moving to a hybrid schedule that includes customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Identify opportunities and develop IT or software solution proposals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• B2B technology sales experience (hardware, software, cloud or IT services)
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team oriented mindset.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable with a hybrid schedule and occasional travel to clients.
