We’re partnered with a boutique CPA & advisory firm that works with a highly relationship-driven client base across high-net-worth individuals, entertainment, real estate, and closely held businesses. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering a high-touch client experience and serving as a long-term advisor to its clients rather than simply a compliance-focused accounting firm.
As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to add a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to support and oversee a portfolio of clients while serving as a key point of contact internally and externally.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing, takes ownership of relationships, and thrives in an environment where professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail matter.
The CAS Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a group of clients while partnering closely with firm leadership and the tax team. The position offers a strong blend of accounting oversight, client management, process coordination, and advisory exposure.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Client Accounting Services, outsourced accounting, or bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Prior experience managing multiple client relationships
- Comfortable reviewing work and overseeing client deliverables
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, real estate clients, entertainment clients, or closely held businesses is a plus
- Public accounting or family office experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
