What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day financial and business affairs for music and entertainment clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (attorneys, agents, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timeliness across all client accounts
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients

• Experience in business management, accounting, or finance—ideally within music, entertainment, or a related field
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
