Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
- Work with middle-market and larger privately held businesses across multiple industries
- Assist with tax planning, research, and consulting projects
- Mentor and develop junior staff members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate closely with managers and partners on client strategy and engagement execution
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $125,000 DOE

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing
- Public accounting tax experience required
- Experience with complex business and/or individual returns
- Strong technical, communication, and client service skills
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred for Supervisor-level candidates
