Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
• Work with middle-market and larger privately held businesses across multiple industries
• Assist with tax planning, research, and consulting projects
• Mentor and develop junior staff members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate closely with managers and partners on client strategy and engagement execution

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $125,000 DOE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
• Public accounting tax experience required
• Experience with complex business and/or individual returns
• Strong technical, communication, and client service skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred for Supervisor-level candidates
