The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our expanding team. We’re also open to Senior Manager or Director level candidates ready to take on more responsibility and leadership. You’ll oversee client engagements, review complex returns, and work closely with partners and staff in a collaborative, low-turnover environment that values both performance and people.

What You’ll Do

• Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates
• Lead client engagements and oversee staff development and workflow
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries
• Identify and recommend effective tax planning and business strategies
• Research complex tax issues and provide practical guidance
• Collaborate with partners and other departments on client initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of recent public accounting experience (with a CPA firm)
• CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
• Solid background in tax review, planning, and client service
• Must be based near Ellicott City, MD
