Client Accounting Services Manager (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)

Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 Base + Bonus

We're working with an established and growing CPA and advisory firm seeking an experienced Client Accounting Services Manager to join its fully remote team. The firm has built a modern, cloud-based practice serving privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, medical professionals, and professional service firms nationwide, providing outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and ongoing advisory services.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of Client Accounting Services (CAS) engagements from onboarding through ongoing accounting and financial reporting
• Oversee month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Review accounting work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Serve as the primary accounting advisor for your clients, building long-term relationships and providing ongoing guidance
• Partner with business owners on budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and other accounting-related initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the CAS team
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms to support client engagements
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver exceptional client service

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, or public accounting experience
• Experience managing multiple client relationships in a CAS or outsourced accounting environment
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month-end close
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• QuickBooks Online experience required; Gusto experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Previous remote work experience preferred
