What You'll Do
- Manage complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals (1040), trusts (1041), estates, and gift tax returns (709)
- Provide sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust advisory services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with HNW families
- Lead estate administration and post-mortem tax planning engagements
- Mentor and develop staff accountants and seniors
- Participate in business development activities and client retention initiatives
- Stay current on tax law changes and estate planning strategies
What You'll Bring
- 5-7+ years of public accounting experience with trust and estate tax focus
- Strong background in high-net-worth individual, trust, and estate taxation
- CPA or EA required
- Experience from regional or mid-sized firms preferred
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to handle complex, multi-generational wealth scenarios
Total Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $190,000
- Sign-on bonus may be available
