Remote Tax Senior/Tax Supervisor

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000k+

Location: Must be located in the U.S.

As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking an experienced Tax Senior/Tax Supervisor to support successful business owners and closely held companies with tax planning, strategy, and compliance services.

This fully remote role provides significant growth potential, direct client exposure, and a true seat at the table as the firm expands its national presence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review a sophisticated portfolio of returns for S-corps, C-corps, Partnerships, individuals, and more
• Lead client strategy conversations on structuring, ownership transitions, generational wealth planning, and multi-state issues
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services beyond compliance
• Support, mentor, and develop junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Partner closely with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and client growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• ~5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on S-corps, C-corps, Partnerships, individuals, and more
• Strong technical background with multi-entity structures, owner-level returns, investments, and wealth transfer planning
• Excellent communicator and trusted advisor who builds lasting client relationships
• Comfortable working fully remote in a paperless, high-accountability environment
• CPA or EA preferred
