Senior Enterprise Network Engineer (Boston)

Compensation: $150k – $200k (DOE) + Full Benefits

Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite with Clients / 3 Days Remote)

Our engineering team works directly with enterprise and mid-market customers to deploy and optimize complex infrastructure solutions. We maintain strong partnerships with Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, AWS, and other leading technology manufacturers, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across client environments.

We are expanding our Boston delivery team and seeking a Senior Cisco Network Engineer to support post-sales implementation initiatives across Cisco routing and switching environments.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing, post-sales engineering role centered on delivery and implementation of Cisco-based networking solutions.

You will lead deployments across routing and switching infrastructures, support network refresh and migration initiatives, and provide advanced troubleshooting when needed. This position operates as a senior technical resource on project engagements — working alongside Solutions Architects and stakeholders to ensure successful execution from design validation through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Cisco LAN and WAN infrastructures
• Lead routing and switching deployments across enterprise environments
• Validate architecture designs and execute per defined project scope
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and implementation diagrams
• Support migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure refresh initiatives
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support as required
• Interface directly with customers throughout deployment phases

Qualifications

• 7+ years of network engineering experience within enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco routing and switching technologies
• Experience within a VAR, consulting, or client-facing delivery model preferred
• Comfortable operating independently onsite with customers
• CCNP or CCIE certifications are a plus

Compensation & Benefits
