What You’ll Do

• Manage and review tax returns for small businesses, primarily flow-through entities (S-Corps, partnerships) and their owners
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong long-term client relationships
• Mentor and support junior staff members
• Leverage cloud-based tools and technology to drive efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and client strategy

What We’re Looking For

• CPA or EA preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on small business clients
• Strong expertise in flow-through entities and individual taxation
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, tech-driven environment
• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
