This is a preparation-focused role with a strong emphasis on business returns. You'll prepare a high volume of partnership, S corporation, corporate, and individual returns while also working directly with QuickBooks Online to clean up books, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financials before tax preparation. You'll have direct client interaction, work alongside experienced professionals, and continue building the technical foundation needed for future advancement.

What They're Looking For:

• Approximately 3-5 years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience preparing 1040s, 1065s, 1120S, and 1120 returns
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, including bookkeeping adjustments and account reconciliations
• Comfortable preparing returns from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience with CCH Axcess or UltraTax preferred
• CPA or EA preferred, but not required

Compensation:

• $85,000-$105,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Fully remote
• Comprehensive benefits package
