What You'll Do
- Prepare complex individual and entity tax returns for ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Assist with tax planning and advisory services
- Collaborate with financial advisors and wealth management teams
- Develop expertise in high-net-worth tax strategies
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to $80,000 (based on experience)
- Annual Bonus: 0-15% (target 8-10%)
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (day one), 5% 401(k) match, flexible PTO
- Work Location: 100% Remote

Requirements
- 1-3 years of tax experience (public accounting or private wealth preferred)
- Experience with high-net-worth individual taxation strongly preferred
- CPA or EA preferred (or eligible/candidate)
- Strong technical tax knowledge and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with tax preparation software
