Remote CAS Senior | Independent CPA Firm | Up to $115k + Bonus

Location: 100% Remote (US-based)

Compensation: Up to $115,000 base + performance bonus

Requirements: 3–5+ years CAS or outsourced accounting experience at a public accounting firm | CPA preferred or actively pursuing

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities for a portfolio of CAS clients across a variety of industries
• Perform monthly and quarterly close processes, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management deliverables
• Prepare and deliver financial statements and management reports for client review
• Communicate directly with clients on accounting matters and serve as a reliable point of contact
• Support CAS Managers on larger or more complex engagements
• Stay current on accounting technology and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5+ years of CAS, outsourced accounting, or client advisory services experience at a public accounting firm
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, general ledger management, payroll, and cash management
• QuickBooks proficiency — Online and Desktop preferred; additional accounting software experience a plus
• Comfortable managing multiple client deliverables simultaneously with a high level of accuracy
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working fully remote
