Remote Assurance Manager | Independent Firm | Low Hours | Up to $160k

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: Up to $160,000 base + 10–15% discretionary bonus

Requirements: 5-6+ years public accounting audit experience | 1–2 years managerial experience | Active CPA required

We are hiring a Remote Assurance Manager to join a growing audit practice serving a diverse client base spanning startups, owner-operated businesses, nonprofits, and companies generating hundreds of millions in revenue.

What We Are Looking For

  • Active CPA required
  • 5-6+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • 1–2 years managing or supervising audit teams and engagements
  • Solid technical foundation across audit methodology, financial reporting, and GAAP
  • Nonprofit audit experience a plus given the firm's client mix
  • CCH software experience preferred
  • Strong communicator — you will be the primary day-to-day client contact on engagements
  • Self-directed and comfortable working fully remote
