Job Title: Superintendent / Lead Superintendent

Salary: $145-$170k base + 401k w/ match, Bonus, Auto Allowance

Requirements: Ground-up Multifamily Construction experience (5+ years with good tenure)

We're a top ranked GC specializing in Commercial and Multifamily projects. We have a super healthy pipeline of local work in Raleigh. We've got a big focus on culture and professional development within our team.

We're currently looking to bring an experienced Superintendent onto our team as we have a few large projects underway and coming up in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of multifamily ground-up construction experience and be looking for a long-term fit working in Raleigh.

Packages will include: $145-$170k base, bonus plan, auto allowance, 401k w/ 5% match, and more.

What You Need for This Role:

• At least 5+ years of full-scope ground-up multifamily experience (200+units-400 units).
• Strong tenure and leadership qualities
