Nonprofit Tax Manager – Fully Remote

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)

Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 base + annual bonus

Our nonprofit team supports organizations ranging from regional charities to complex, multi-entity exempt organizations. As our nonprofit practice expands, we’re hiring a Nonprofit-focused Tax Manager to support tax-exempt organizations across the U.S.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage nonprofit and exempt-organization tax engagements end to end
  • Review Form 990 filings and related schedules
  • Advise on UBTI and nonprofit-related tax matters
  • Serve as a primary client contact
  • Review work prepared by seniors and staff
  • Stay current on tax law impacting exempt organizations


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Experience working with nonprofit or tax-exempt clients
  • CPA required (advanced tax degree a plus)
  • Strong review, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
