We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role open to qualified candidates across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and consulting for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
• Review complex returns and provide strategic guidance to clients on minimizing tax exposure and identifying opportunities
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior-level team members
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional communication, responsiveness, and technical expertise
• Collaborate with partners and firm leadership on business development and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• CPA or EA
• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Tax or Accounting preferred)
• 7+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
• Strong background in Individual, Partnership and Corporate taxation
• Experience managing and reviewing complex tax engagements and leading client relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaboratively effectively with team members
• Proficiency with CCH Axcess is preferred
• Real Estate experience highly preferred
