They are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director with deep expertise in pass-through taxation (S-Corps, LLCs, Partnerships) and experience working with high-net-worth business owners and their closely held entities. This is a fully remote role, with direct access to firm leadership and clear partner track potential for the right individual.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of closely held businesses and their owners, with a focus on tax compliance, planning, and consulting.
- Lead engagements involving pass-through entities and related high-net-worth individual returns.
- Review complex tax returns and manage tax projects with an eye for quality and timeliness.
- Supervise and mentor a growing team of tax professionals.
- Perform tax research and present clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Foster long-term client relationships by consistently delivering high-value service and strategic tax guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partners, Directors, and subject matter experts to deliver integrated tax solutions.
What You Bring
- CPA required; Master’s in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
- 10+ years of public accounting experience, with a strong focus on pass-through entity and individual taxation.
- Demonstrated success managing and reviewing complex tax engagements.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and think strategically.
- Deep knowledge of current federal and state tax laws affecting closely held businesses and their owners.
