Location: Fully Remote – U.S. Based

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are partnered with a nationally recognized, top 150 public accounting firm supporting a diverse client base across privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and complex multi-entity environments. The firm is known for delivering high-level tax work while maintaining a more structured and sustainable environment than many traditional public accounting firms.

We are hiring a Tax Manager with a generalist background across partnerships, S-Corps, and pass-through entities. There are also additional openings aligned to High Net Worth and International Tax, depending on your experience.

This is a fully remote position with no required office presence.

Position Overview

This role is focused on managing and reviewing tax engagements while acting as a key advisor to clients. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality tax services, while also supporting staff development and engagement execution.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage tax returns across partnerships, S-Corps, and individual clients
• Provide guidance on complex tax matters and planning strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead and mentor staff and senior associates
• Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
• Stay current on tax regulations and technical developments

Requirements

• CPA required
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with partnerships, S-Corps, and pass-through entities
• Public accounting tax experience with exposure to complex client engagements
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships
