We are a nationally recognized wealth management firm with over $20 billion in assets under management, hiring a Tax Senior to support our high-net-worth client base. This is not a traditional CPA firm—it's a planning-focused, client-centric environment where you'll work closely with financial advisors to provide comprehensive tax strategy and support to sophisticated clients with complex needs involving trusts, estates, business structures, and investment portfolios.
If you're looking to move away from the grind of public accounting, this is a unique opportunity to shift into a more balanced, advisory-driven role. Rather than churning through high volumes of returns under relentless deadlines, you'll dive deeper into fewer client situations, becoming a trusted advisor who helps shape long-term wealth strategies. You'll still leverage your technical tax expertise daily, but in a collaborative setting that emphasizes strategic thinking and sustainable work-life balance over billable hour quotas and busy season burnout.
