A leading multifamily builder/developer in Southern California is seeking a driven Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer to join our Irvine-based team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of construction and development, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of high-profile residential projects — from preconstruction through delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Support Project Managers in the execution of large-scale multifamily projects
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality and accuracy
• Track project progress, manage documentation, RFIs, and change orders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, and field teams
• Help drive projects from concept through completion — not just the build phase

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ Months of experience in construction or multifamily projects (Sr. level for more experienced candidates)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Eagerness to learn the development side of the business
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) preferred
