Senior Tax Manager / Tax Director

100% Remote | National CPA & Advisory Firm | $150k - $250k+

We’re currently hiring for an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to join our expanding tax practice. This is a 100% remote role open to professionals anywhere in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee tax engagements for a diverse client base.
• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting for clients.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to firm growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Public Accounting experience
• Experience working in a Supervisory or Manager level role
• Active CPA (EA also considered).
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and client advisory experience.
• Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus.
