Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audit and assurance engagements for a diverse client base
• Work with middle-market and larger privately held companies across multiple industries
• Supervise and mentor staff and senior associates
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and engagement deliverables
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Assist managers and partners with engagement planning and execution

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $125,000 DOE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
• Public accounting audit experience required
• Experience leading engagements and mentoring staff preferred
• Strong communication and client management skills
